GENERAL
After you place an order with us, you'll receive an order confirmation email with the details of your order. If you have any queries regarding your purchase, please Contact Us.
There may be several reasons for why payment for an order has failed. Reach out to our Customer Service Team here and let us help you.
It will usually take 2-5 business days to arrived. However, rural and remote areas may take longer.
You will receive a tracking number by email when your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates will be available at https://try.sendle.com/en-au/tracking
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Momoko you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 10 days of purchase. (Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.) For more information on returns, please see the Return Policy.

- Reason for return
Once your return is accpeted by our team, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instruction on how and where to send your product back. For more information on returns, please see the Return Policy.
Yes, you can return an online purchase in store
Once we received your parcel, it will take 3-8 business days for your return to be processed. It may take an additional 2-5 business days for your bank to receive the funds.
