彻底清洁肌肤后，让鼻部或其余在意的部位沾上足够的水份，撕开鼻贴的透明胶片，

由鼻翼方向将鼻贴紧密贴于鼻上，待10-15分钟完全干后逆毛孔方向轻轻撕下，然后擦上化妆水或保湿液即可。
