朝、夜的护理顺序→洁面→乳液→化妆水

1 洁面后用健康水擦拭和按摩面部，用化妆棉在面部来回按压，保证皮肤对健康水的吸收。

然后再把健康水倒在手心，拍打在全脸。

2 将健康水浸湿化妆棉，局部敷在在意的部位，对晒后发红和过敏时对皮肤进行镇静、修复、去红。

3 将健康水浸湿棉片，每天花费30秒-1分钟，
